The hiring process begins with the review of submitted applications and resumes. Then, interviews are conducted with the top applicants. Typically, interviews are panel-style, with 3 or 4 people on the panel. Once interviews conclude, staff chooses the best candidate for the job. All applicants are notified once the position has been filled.
