About the Bridgeport Public Library

In order to obtain a library card you must:

• Show proof of permanent address with photo identification or two other forms of permanent address.
• Fill out an application form.
• *If you are under seventeen years of age, you must have a guardians' signature.
• A library card is free to all Texas residents.
• Lost cards are replaced for a fee of $5.00 per card.

 

Get involved in giving back to your community library through the 
Friends of the Library program.

The library participates in the Campbell's Labels for Education program. The labels
are used to acquire headphones and other equipment as needed for patrons.
