About Bridgeport Main Street The City of Bridgeport is committed to preserving our downtown business district by using our past to promote our future. Our Main Street efforts are based on the premise that our historic buildings, tall tales, and philosophies passed from generation to generation are what give our community its sense of place and helps us maintain our unique identity.
The Bridgeport Main Street Advisory Board helps guide revitalization efforts by using the Texas Historical Society’s Main Street four points approach, which includes design, organization, promotion, and economic restructuring. |
